Quality control
In 2008, we acquired “ISO9001” for the first time in Japan as a curtain sewing industry in order to deliver safe and secure products to our customers. We also carry out thorough final inspections and meter readings, aiming for a stable supply of high-quality products.
Sewing management
At the curtain sewing factory, we have built our own sewing management system to visualize a series of factory operations from the arrival of fabrics to storage, cutting, sewing, and shipping, and we are working to improve productivity.
Flexibility
In Japan, we have established a nationwide sewing network centered on our own factories in Kanazawa, Sendai, and Niigata. We have also established overseas production bases in China and Indonesia, and have a total annual sewing capacity of 20 million m2.
